Lorena has been tremendous during our house search and closing process. She was ultra-professional, very efficient and really responsive. She listened to us to figure out what we were looking for and then helped us in both identifying different options as well as weighing them off against each other. We bought a house in LA while we still lived in Northern California so it was important for us to be very efficient in visiting houses, scheduling follow ups and then going back and forth with the seller side given we only had limited time in LA. Lorena helped us visit a very large number of houses in a number of neighborhoods that were all in line with our specifications and was super quick in setting it up, adapting as we went. She was also very thorough, efficient and proactive throughout!

Lorena was excellent to work with. She was very knowledgable about the market and came up with a great strategy for our listing. Her and her team handled every aspect of the staging, listing and sale and it was great. She was always available and took whatever time was necessary to help us through any part of the sale. She ran point with the title and escrow company as well.

Lorena was amazing in every possible way - she truly went above and beyond to make our entire home buying process as seamless and easy as possible. Couldn't have done it without her!

She was a pleasure to work with. She was extremely responsive, warm, patient, personable, and it genuinely felt like she cared about me. She also did a great job acting on behalf with the other agent and the seller. She gave helpful advice that helped move the purchase forward and allowed for a smooth process.

Making any purchase is scary and overwhelming, and Lorena made the process simple and easy to digest. She is an excellent communicator, quick to respond, responsible, and very professional. Her insight, patience and expertise are unsurpassed. Dealing with the seller's agent was extremely challenging and stressful, but she handled it all with grace, fought to get me a purchase reduction, and managed the process to successfully close. Even after closing she still makes an effort to answer any questions and goes above and beyond her scope of work to help me out in anyway. I'm so happy we chose Lorena to be our agent. I wouldn't have it any other way and I look forward to recommending her to friends and family and I hope we get to work with her again on our own future purchases.
